Beautiful strong golden yellow, bright and shiny.

Nose:
The initial bouquet reveals soft spicy notes of cinnamon and nutmeg, enveloped in intense aromas of almond paste. It then develops a complex aromatic nose of tonka bean and turpentine.

Palate:
Rich, structured palate with a surprising freshness. The round and soft finish gives a stunning balance to this wine.

Food pairing:
Roasted chicken in lemongrass jus.
Artichoke Tatin pie, and Vouvray andouillette.
