First smell of soft spicy aromas of clove and black pepper, with honey and rapeseed notes. The aroma of this wine is subtle.

Palate:
Rich and voluptuous palate, with flavours of puréed white fruit and candied citrus peel. A fresh and elegant finish of anise-like herbal tea.

Food pairing:
Roasted turbot fish with meat sauce and mashed potatoes.
Langoustine tails with infused cumin herbs.
