Beautiful strong yellow color with golden hues. Intense, and shiny.

Nose:
Complex nose of flint and broom flower, enveloped in intense spicy aromas of curry and white pepper. The nose also reveals honey and beeswax aromas.

Palate:
You will find dominating flint aromas and roasted apples in honey, enveloped in spicy and toasted spicy flavours. Long lasting palate that confirms ripe white fruit tastes, as well as wood, and a little bitterness of chicory and white truffle.

Food pairing:
Lobster and scallops in cream.
Roasted chicken with truffle jus.
