Nice golden colour, with intense grey hues. Slim and persistent bubbles.

Nose:
Ripe fruit notes of puréed pear and baked apples, associated with roasted hazelnut aromas, overall enveloped in a spicy thread of smoked pepper and cinnamon.

Palate:
The wine is soft and smooth and envelops the palate with luscious white fruit and soft spicy flavours. Fresh and elegant finish, reminding the imbiber of oven-baked apples in butter and crushed pepper.

Food pairing:
Loire valley asparagus puff pastry with mousseline sauce.
Apple pie with roasted hazelnuts.
