Beautiful and strong yellow with golden hues, almost straw coloured.
Nose:
The initial bouquet gives us soft spicy notes of curry and saffron. The subtlety of this wine also gives smoky mineral and intense aromas.
Palate:
Taste of pear and fresh apples, well balanced wooden flavours brought by a long maturation in barrels.

Asparagus pastry with mousseline sauce.
