La Coulée d'Or - Production

This “late harvest” wine comes from selected and hand-harvested grapes, from the best terroirs of our vineyard. It is only produced when all parameters are gathered, during exceptionnal years. With more than 80% of passerillage and/or Botrytis grapes, it is then vinified and aged in oak barrels.

Manual late harvest, selection of the grapes, Botrytis.

Fermented in french oak. Ageing on lees for 6 months.

Residual sugar : between 120 and 150 g/L depending on the vintage.
